BROKEN CHAINS BENEFIT

The Project to End Human Trafficking

Thank you to all who joined PEHT for the inaugural BROKEN CHAINS BENEFIT concert featuring theCAUSE with Special Guests Randy Baumann (WDVE) and John Pergal at the Rex Theater on Friday, July 29th! Check out audio from the show here.

With your amazing support, we were able to accomplish the following:

  • Raised $6,000 in monetary and in-kind donations for local human trafficking survivor services
    • Businesses, individuals, non-profit organizations, faith-based organizations, foundations and vendors all contributed
    • All funds raised will serve local HT survivors through a Victim-Centered Approach – including safe intervention, professional case assessment, and emergent and re-integration services.

  • Received donations and in-kind support from 80+ local businesses, who are now informed about human trafficking and PEHT's work
  • 987 individuals who were invited to the event are now more informed about human trafficking and PEHT's work
    • Public posts opened conversations with people in Dubai, Afghanistan, Israel, Germany, Australia and Africa
  • Poster distribution to 4 counties in Pennsylvania
  • Media coverage in the Post-Gazette, WDVE, several newsprints and magazines in Allegheny, Butler, Erie & Westmoreland Counties

PEHT thanks the following, individuals, businesses, non-profit organizations, faith-based organizations, foundations and vendors for their generous contributions to this fundraiser:
